An historic and welcoming house just a few minutes from Anduze

The charm of the region, its bewitching light caressing the landscape of the Cévennes, is simply irresistible. A pathway lined with silvery olive trees leads you into the heart of our property : cypresses stand against the azure sky of the Gard. In front of the house and its ancient paved courtyard stand a majestic cedar and a thicket of bamboo. Lavender, rosemary and sage yield their scents. Hortensia, peonies and potted plants explode with colour. It is time to cross the threshold of our house where a warm welcome awaits you.

Once installed in your spacious and comfortable room, and perhaps after a relaxing bathe in our swimming pool, take the time to stroll around Canaules and its soothing terrain of fertile vines. A wine-growing region, the Gard offers itself to you without limit. Take the by-road to Anduze. Visit its studios which have been making famous pots and vases since 1610. Explore the acclimatised bamboo garden of Générargues, created nearly two hundred years ago thanks to the determination of Eugène Mazel. Catch the steam train of the Cévennes which will take you to Saint-Jean-du-Gard.

But allow yourself enough time to go further afield and discover some less frequented but equally authentic paths (we can advise you here), for the Piémont Cévenol yields its secrets to those who know how to unlock them.
Then at the end of the day, we will await you at our lavish yet refined table d’hôte for an occasion of relaxation, sharing and conviviality. Here you will enjoy seasonal dishes, the products of our sun-drenched countryside, all cooked with love, and indeed passion, by your hosts.

Our B&B is open from the 1st of April to the 11 of November.

From the 6 of july to the 6 of september there is a 2 nights minimum stay.
